Job Description
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES* Strategic alignment: Develop a strong, daily based coordination with the Global Identity and Identity Protection leads to ensure alignment with the global Core Services strategy and roadmap. Apply and execute the Global Core Services security strategies within his tower.
- Team leadership & resource management: Oversee BUILD and RUN teams activities on security aspects, ensure continuity of expertise within the tower. Directly manage Security leads monitor their performance. If required, act of point of contact/ escalation with managed capabilities suppliers ( L2, L3 support).
- Guarantee operational excellence: Coordinate with Tech Leads (Identity, Identity Protection) to manage shifts for RUN activities (L2, L3 support). Ensure timely incident resolution and effective change management. Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) to monitor and improve RUN performance.
- Continuous improvement: Propose and implement sustainable action plans that enhance efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement of the processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Tower Lead Identity should have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security or related field.
8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, expertise in Core Services Identity domain
Strong mindset and understanding of identity security framework
Experience managing multi-site or international teams is highly desirable.
Proven track record overseeing Identity solution: AD, Entra ID, Hybrid Env.
Scripting and automation skills - Python, Rest API, Powershell, Azure Devops is a plus.
Splunk, Service now and Azure competencies
Management skills
Certifications : MCSA/E, AZ-104, AZ-400, AZ-500, AZ-900, SC-300, SC-100, TCO/TCA
