Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support compensation and benefits programmes, including benchmarking, data analysis, and reward-related activities
  • Assist in the administration and execution of annual compensation and rewards review processes
  • Maintain accurate employee rewards data and support reporting requirements
  • Respond to employee enquiries related to compensation, benefits, and reward policies
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of rewards processes and initiatives
  • Support the review and enhancement of compensation and benefits programmes to meet business and market needs
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation of best practices
  • Assist with projects, reporting, and ad-hoc duties as assigned
