Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients insurance requirements related to towing operations and roadside assistance services
- Provide expert recommendations on coverage options tailored to tow truck businesses, including liability, physical damage, and garage keeper's insurance
- Assist customers with the completion of insurance applications and documentation
- Negotiate policy terms with underwriters to secure the best coverage and premium rates for clients
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the towing industry and related insurance regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing communication and support
- Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and competitive market analysis
- Resolve billing issues, claims, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- Proven experience as an insurance agent, preferably specializing in commercial or automotive insurance
- Strong knowledge of insurance products relevant to towing operations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to assess risk and make informed decisions regarding insurance coverage
- Proficiency in using insurance management software and CRM systems
