Position Overview (USA SHIFT/NIGHTSHIFT)
We are looking for a proactive Tours Sales Executive to support our tours division by handling lead follow-up, package creation, itinerary development, and client communication. This role will work closely with the onshore operations team to convert inquiries into bookings and provide excellent pre-travel support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to tour package inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone
- Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget
- Research and compile tour packages with hotels, transfers, and activities
- Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential bookings
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, and ground operators for pricing and availability
- Prepare professional quotations and proposals for clients
- Assist with group tour coordination and logistics
- Maintain CRM records with up-to-date client information and booking status
- Support social media content creation with travel deals and promotions
- Handle post-booking modifications and client queries before departure
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in tour sales or travel consulting
- Strong knowledge of popular destinations (India, Europe, the Middle East, SE Asia)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with itinerary-building tools or travel CRM software
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on targets
- Good negotiation skills for supplier pricing
- Comfortable working flexible hours with the US time zone overlap
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with B2B and B2C tour sales
- Knowledge of Europe, the USA, Asia, and religious travel packages
- Familiarity with travel insurance products
