Role Overview

We're looking for a knowledgeable, client-focused Tourist Visa Counsellor to guide clients through the visa process, from first enquiry to final submission. You'll be the go-to expert who turns visa confusion into a smooth, confident experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel walk-in, phone, and online clients on tourist/visit visa requirements, eligibility, timelines, and fees for various countries
• Assess client profiles (travel history, finances, employment, ties to home country) and advise on the strength of their application
• Prepare document checklists and verify documents for accuracy and completeness
• Fill and review online visa application forms (DS-160, VFS, UKVI, Schengen portals, etc.)
• Prepare clients for visa interviews where applicable
• Convert enquiries into sales and meet monthly targets
• Upsell related services such as travel insurance, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and holiday packages
• Track application status and keep clients updated
• Stay current on changing embassy rules, visa policies, and processing times
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–4 years of experience in tourist visa processing or counselling
• Strong knowledge of documentation for major destinations (USA, UK, Schengen, Canada, Australia, UAE)
• Hands-on experience with online visa portals
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple files at once
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
