Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle leads via calls, WhatsApp, & Email.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable domestic travel packages
  • Build trust with travellers and guide them throughout the booking journey
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Follow up with leads in a structured and timely manner
  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and bookings
Whom are we looking for
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (travel domain preferred)
  • Good knowledge of domestic travel destinations (like Ladakh, Spiti, Himachal, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
  • Humble, patient, and people-first approach
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to understand customer psychology and build rapport
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
