This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Tour Package Sales Executive. The responsibilities include promoting and selling domestic and international tour packages, engaging in outbound calls and client meetings, preparing customized travel itineraries, and providing clients with visa, travel insurance, and ticketing assistance. The role also involves maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating with travel partners, and ensuring seamless customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries effectively.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in customer engagement and driving conversions
• Proficiency in preparing and customizing travel itineraries for domestic and international destinations
• Knowledge of travel operations, including visa assistance, ticketing, accommodation, and transportation management
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
• Familiarity with the travel industry and related tools or platforms is an advantage
• Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is beneficial
