We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive / Tele Caller for a full-time on-site position in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the company's tour and travel services, and handling customer inquiries professionally. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, provide information about travel packages, and convert leads into sales. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge and experience with data entry or customer management systems. They must be able to handle objections, resolve customer queries, and maintain a professional attitude during phone conversations. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of achieving sales goals within deadlines. Candidates with prior experience in telecalling, customer service, MICE operations, MICE contracting, event sales, or the Tour & Travel industry will be preferred. Fluency in English and local/regional languages will be considered an advantage. The minimum qualification required is 12th pass or equivalent, while a bachelor's degree will be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about the company's tour and travel packages, services, and offers.
Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information about packages, hotels, transportation, and travel services.
Generate leads and convert them into sales by explaining suitable tour packages based on customer requirements.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers over phone calls.
Handle customer objections and resolve queries effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers to close bookings and achieve sales targets.
Maintain and update customer data, call records, and lead details in CRM or other data management systems.
Coordinate with the operations or travel team for booking confirmations and smooth service delivery.
Support sales related activities for MICE operations, MICE contracting, event sales, and tour packages when required.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets set by the company. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referral Requirements:-

Basic computer proficiency and working knowledge of data entry or customer management systems. Ability to handle objections, resolve customer queries, and maintain a professional attitude during phone interactions.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of meeting targets within deadlines.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, mice operations, mice contracting, event sales, or Tour & Travel industry industries candidates will be preferred.
Fluency in English and local/regional languages is a plus. Qualification:
