Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tour Operator based in Agra. As a Tour Operator, you will curate and manage exceptional travel experiences for clients. Responsibilities include organizing guided tours, handling reservations, providing outstanding customer service, ensuring smooth logistics, and managing sales inquiries. You will collaborate with clients to customize travel packages and provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and activities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Guided Tours and a strong understanding of Travel & Tourism.
• Exceptional Customer Service and Reservations management skills.
• Experience with Sales, including upselling and tailoring tour packages to client needs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in creating personalized itineraries and managing tour logistics is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agra and India's key tourist destinations is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
