Job Description

Key Responsibility:

Advise clients and recommend suitable tour packages.

Create customized itineraries and quotations.

Book flights, hotels, transport, and activities.

Coordinate with suppliers and ensure accurate confirmations.

Provide visa and travel guidance, handle changes, and support clients during travel.

Maintain booking records, process invoices, and prepare basic sales reports.

Stay updated on travel trends and promotions.

Managing fixed departures.

End to end Customer service.

Skills & Competencies

Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.

Good destination knowledge and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work under pressure.

Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage.

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in Tourism or related field.

Experience in travel or customer service preferred.

Multilingual skills are a plus.
