Key Responsibilities:
Design and sell customized holiday packages for GIT & FIT clients, including hotels, flights, sightseeing, and transfers.
Handle end-to-end holiday planning from itinerary preparation and costing to confirmation and documentation.
Coordinate with DMCs (Destination Management Companies), hotels, airlines, and other vendors for rates and bookings.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and travel itineraries based on client requirements and budgets.
Manage group bookings for leisure, corporate, and incentive travel.
Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination with clients and vendors.
Maintain updated destination knowledge and travel trends to provide accurate information to clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Handle visa documentation guidance, travel insurance, and other related formalities when required.
Provide excellent post-sales service and resolve customer queries promptly.
