We are looking for Tour Guides / Tour Managers who can help us in our customer travel experience. The Role is full time and is based out of our Gurgaon Office

Your Job responsibilities would include :
- Plan and organize tours for clients, including determining destinations, arranging transportation and accommodations, coordinating activities and excursions, and managing the overall schedule and itinerary.
- Manage the financial aspects of the tour, including budgeting and collecting payments from clients.
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the tour and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are necessary for this role.
- Research and recommend tour destinations, transportation, accommodation and tour itineraries.
- Coordinate and communicate with travel partners, such as airlines, hotels, and transportation companies to ensure all arrangements are in place and that clients receive the best possible service.
- Provide clients with pre-tour information and handle any questions or concerns they may have.
- Accompany clients on tours as necessary and serve as a guide and representative of the company.
- Prepare and deliver post-tour evaluations and feedback to clients and internal team members.
- Continuously stay informed about travel industry trends, developments and best practices to ensure the company stays competitive and current.
- Ensure that all tours are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Keep accurate records and maintain client files, including client contact information, tour details, and financial transactions.
- Help to develop and implement company policies and procedures related to tours and travel management.
