Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tour Executive located in Kochi. The Tour Executive will be responsible for planning and organizing tours, creating detailed itineraries, managing the execution of tours, and delivering guided tours when necessary. The role also entails coordinating with clients and service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences and addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Tour Planning, Itineraries, and Tour Management
- Experience in delivering Guided Tours and managing group trips
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
- Quick problem-solving and customer service skills
- Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
