Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Attendant located in Thrissur. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting clients with their financial product inquiries, promoting products and services, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include actively engaging with customers, maintaining records, coordinating with team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns and needs promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in customer service, interpersonal communication, and relationship-building
• Sales skills and the ability to meet or exceed targets effectively
• Organizational, multitasking, and record-keeping skills
• Knowledge of financial products, such as loans or money management services, is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MS Office
• Academic background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in sales, financial services, or customer-facing roles is a plus
