Role Description

This is an on-site internship role located in Vadodara for a Tour Coordinator. The Tour Coordinator will oversee the planning and execution of guided tours, assist customers through excellent service, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth event management during trips. Responsibilities also include managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and contributing to sales efforts to promote tour packages.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guided Tours, Event Management, and trip coordination
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Sales skills for promoting and upselling tour packages
• Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of Indian travel destinations and cultural contexts is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
