Tour Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Consultant located in Vadodara. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for organizing and conducting guided tours, establishing travel plans, and addressing client inquiries. The Tour Consultant will also liaise with clients to ensure their travel experiences meet their expectations and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Guided Tours and Travel Consulting skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Travel & Tourism
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Vadodara
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
