Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tour Consultant. As a Tour Consultant, you will be responsible for communicating with clients, providing excellent customer service, creating travel plans, and guiding tours. This role is located in Surat, but some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Guided Tours and Travel Consulting skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of travel and tourism industry
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or related field
- Experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and GDS (Global Distribution System) software
