Role Summary

The Total Rewards Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting the design, administration, and delivery of compensation and benefits programs to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and alignment with business goals. The role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and global rewards teams to drive effective reward practices.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation

  • Support annual compensation cycles including salary reviews, bonuses, and promotions.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis to ensure competitiveness and internal parity.
  • Assist in job evaluations, leveling, and role matching against internal frameworks and external surveys.
  • Provide compensation insights and recommendations for new hires, transfers, and role changes.

Benefits

  • Support administration of employee benefits programs (insurance, retirement, wellness, allowances, etc.).
  • Liaise with vendors on enrollments, renewals, claims, and employee queries.
  • Assist in benefits review, cost analysis, and optimization initiatives.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure rewards practices comply with local labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Support audits, documentation, and governance processes related to compensation and benefits.

Stakeholder Support & Analytics

  • Act as a subject-matter expert for managers and HR on total rewards queries.
  • Prepare analytics, dashboards, and presentations for leadership decision-making.
  • Support global or regional rewards projects and harmonization initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
  • Strong understanding of compensation structures, pay analytics, and benefits administration.
  • Experience working with HRIS, compensation tools, and market survey data.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential data.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.

Preferred

  • Experience in a global or matrixed organization.
  • Exposure to international mobility or cross-country rewards programs.
  • Certification such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) is an added advantage.
