Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Salary: SGD 7,000 - 9,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to support regional Total Rewards operations across the Asia & Oceania region. Reporting to the Total Rewards Centre of Excellence (CoE) Partner, you will play a key role in implementing compensation and benefits initiatives, supporting annual reward cycles, and ensuring the consistent delivery of Total Rewards processes across multiple markets.
This role is suited for a detail-oriented HR professional with strong analytical skills, experience in compensation and benefits, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a regional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Total Rewards Operations
- Support the design and implementation of Total Rewards programmes across multiple markets.
- Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking, job evaluations, salary benchmarking, incentive calculations, and benefits programme administration.
- Support annual compensation review processes, including salary review administration, data validation, system updates, and reporting.
- Execute Total Rewards activities accurately and within established timelines.
- Respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries relating to compensation, benefits, and reward policies.
- Prepare and analyse compensation data using spreadsheets and market survey reports.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with regional HR and Rewards teams to deliver consistent and effective Total Rewards solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and support business requirements.
- Maintain effective working relationships with regional and global teams.
Continuous Improvement
- Support the enhancement and standardisation of Total Rewards processes across markets.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process enhancements and data-driven insights.
- Contribute to initiatives that align Total Rewards practices with business and market requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Rewards Operations, or 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources with exposure to Total Rewards.
- Experience in one or more Total Rewards disciplines, including Compensation, Benefits, or Global Mobility.
- Experience supporting regional or global organisations is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including working with large datasets and market salary survey reports.
- Experience using HR systems such as SAP and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central is advantageous.
- Prior experience in FMCG or consulting environments will be an advantage but is not essential.
