Purpose of the role
The Total Rewards Analyst is a member of the Total Rewards and local HR team and will provide support for compensation and benefit programs within the country. This individual will report to the Total Rewards market leader and may partner with Finance, HR BPs and COEs.
Key Accountabilities
- Understand local business priorities and how compensation and benefit programs align while ensuring local market relevancy and competitiveness.
- Understand and apply Global Compensation and Benefits philosophies and principles.
- Partner with the Global Total Rewards team on analysis and administration of compensation programs for salaried and hourly/wage employees (including base pay and incentives)
- Support local programs/projects focused on benchmarking, aimed at ensuring appropriate market competitiveness.
- In partnership with global compensation team and under direction of Total Rewards leader, support execution of all cyclical compensation programs/projects including competitive review, annual performance and rewards process, etc. Ensure accuracy of local data in core HR system to utilize reporting and analytics available in support of compensation analysis.
- Support design, benchmarking and administration of all benefit programs, including health plans, retirement plans, risk plans, wellness initiatives, time off/leave and other perquisite and allowance programs. Partner with vendors as appropriate.
- Understand local costs of employment related to compensation and benefit programs. Support workforce planning activities under direction of Total Rewards leader.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition/HR business partners on offer preparation as directed by Total Rewards leader. Ensure alignment with local salary ranges and global compensation programs as appropriate.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and regulatory changes in compensation, benefits, and healthcare and bring forward insights to local team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree with Major in: Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources; preferred experience in compensation and benefits program design or administration.
- Experience with reporting and analytics; strong attention to detail
