About the Role
We are seeking a motivated HR professional to join our Total Rewards team with a focus on Performance Management, HR Systems, People Analytics, and People Policies/Processes/Benefits. This role will be pivotal in strengthening our performance-driven culture, ensuring compliance and governance of people policies, and enabling data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and HR technology.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management
- Manage and enhance the Performance Management System (PMS), ensuring it aligns with organizational goals.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to drive performance calibration, goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles.
- Support continuous improvements in performance-linked pay frameworks and career growth enablers.
HR Systems & Automation
- Serve as a functional owner for HR systems/tools related to PMS, policies, and rewards.
- Partner with IT/HR Tech teams to drive automation, efficiency, and digitization of HR processes.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and system compliance.
People Analytics & Insights
- Create and maintain dashboards/reports on performance trends, compensation metrics, attrition, ESAT scores, and talent analytics.
- Deliver actionable insights to the Total Rewards, HR, and Leadership teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct benchmarking studies and support compensation & Benefits related analysis wherever required.
People Policies & Processes
- Draft, update, and govern HR policies and processes in line with business needs and compliance (e.g., Shops & Establishments Act, POSH, Maharashtra Labour Laws).
- Ensure policy compliance and audit readiness across regions.
- Act as a policy advisor for employees and managers on policy interpretation and execution.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute.
- 35 years of experience in Performance Management, HR Systems, People Analytics.
- Exposure to policy drafting, compliance frameworks, and process governance.
- Hands-on experience with HR tools (SuccessFactors or equivalent).
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of Performance Management and HR COEs.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance requirements, and HR governance.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with attention to detail, ownership, and execution excellence.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
