Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Manager to lead our TPM initiatives and drive operational excellence within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TPM methodologies, with certifications from JIPM and CII. You will be responsible for enhancing productivity, reducing downtime, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement TPM strategies and initiatives to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and eliminating equipment-related losses.
- Facilitate training and development programs for employees on TPM principles and practices.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of TPM activities.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to ensure alignment on TPM goals.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement through regular audits and assessments.
- Prepare and present reports on TPM progress and outcomes to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in TPM.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in TPM or related roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Certification from Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM) and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Proficiency in TPM tools and methodologies.
