Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Tosca Automation Tester with strong hands-on experience in test design, execution, and maintenance using Tricentis Tosca. The candidate should be proficient in Tosca modules, test data management, execution lists, and defect analysis, and should be able to work independently while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test cases using Tosca Test Suite

Perform module capture, update, and maintenance using Tosca best practices

Create and manage test data using TCD (Test Case Design) templates

Execute test cases through Execution Lists and track progress

Perform failure analysis, identify root causes, and support defect resolution

Carry out mass updates using TQLs

Work with Tosca Requirements, Mandates, and Issues sections

Utilize DEX and related Tosca utilities effectively

Prepare, validate, and share test execution status reports

Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA

Ensure timely communication, reporting, and response to emails and stakeholder queries

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca

Experience in test case design, execution, and maintenance

Knowledge of TCD, TQL, DEX, and Tosca execution workflows

Experience in defect analysis and reporting

Familiarity with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools

Good understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC)

Good-to-Have Skills

Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments

Experience in test status reporting and stakeholder communication

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
