Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Tosca Test Automation Engineer to design, develop, and execute automated test cases. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Tosca modules, libraries, test case creation, and execution management while ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Design & Planning: Develop test strategies, test plans, and comprehensive test cases to ensure complete test coverage across various systems, products, and platforms.
  • Test Automation: Design and implement reusable automated test frameworks, including modules, libraries, and execution lists, to support regression and continuous integration testing.
  • Execution Management: Manage test execution using Tosca, including handling dynamic data, conditional steps, pop-ups, and exceptions to ensure smooth test runs.
  • Defect Tracking & Reporting: Provide accurate and reproducible defect reporting, maintain quality metrics, and participate in defect scrubs with project teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on trends and developments in software testing, automation tools, and technology to enhance automation frameworks.
  • Reusable Components: Create libraries and reusable test components to improve automation efficiency and reduce maintenance effort.

Technical Environment:

  • Tosca Testsuite (Modules, Libraries, Execution Lists, Test Case Design)
  • Test management tools and defect tracking tools
  • Web and desktop application testing
  • CI/CD integration
