Your work profile:

As a Analyst/Consultant/Senior Consultant in our T&T Team you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:

• Develop and execute automated test scripts using SAP Tosca.
• Assist in analyzing business processes to create test scenarios.
• Support defect logging and test documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Help maintain and update existing automation scripts.
• Design and implement automated test suites using SAP Tosca.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into automation solutions.
• Integrate automation within CI/CD pipelines and release cycles.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and optimize test performance.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance overall test strategy.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced SAP Tosca automation frameworks.
• Drive automation strategy, governance, and continuous improvement across projects.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants and analysts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure automation supports business priorities.
• Integrate automation with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for seamless testing.

Desired Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on SAP Tosca automation experience.
• Basic understanding of SAP modules and business workflows.
• Familiarity with software testing principles and SDLC.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong knowledge of SAP applications and testing best practices.
• Experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of SAP business processes and automation frameworks.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Location and way of working:

• Base location: Hyderabad
• This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
• Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customized the hybrid approach to their unique needs.
