Job Description RMS Executive (MCX)
Role: RMS Executive MCX (Commodity Segment)
Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar
Shift Timing: 4:00 PM 12:00 Midnight
Experience: 2-3+ Years
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced RMS Executive to manage real-time risk monitoring and margin
operations in the MCX Commodity Segment. Ideal candidate will have experience in handling RMS
Operations (preferably in MCX), in depth understanding of commodities markets and its risk
processes, ability to work under pressure during market volatility, and comfortable working in
evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time margin utilization and client exposure in MCX segment.
- Track SPAN and Exposure margin requirements and identify margin shortfall clients.
- Initiate margin calls and square-off positions as per RMS risk policies.
- Handle retail client exposure management and ensure trades remain within approved limits.
- Perform trade allocation activities accurately and within timelines.
- Execute client fund and collateral segregation as per regulatory norms.
- Support billing-related verification and reconciliation activities.
- Process movement of margin from NSE Clearing to MCX Clearing as per requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and escalate high-risk exposures to RMS Manager.
- Coordinate with dealers, operations, and finance teams during market hours.
Required Experience
- Real-time margin monitoring experience in MCX segment
- Knowledge of SPAN Margin and Exposure Margin
- Experience in Retail Client Exposure Handling
- Hands-on experience in Allocation and Segregation
- Experience in Billing support and reconciliation
- Knowledge of Clearing Margin Movement (NSE to MCX)
- Familiarity with RMS / trading platforms
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Economics
Experience
2-3+ Years of relevant experience in RMS operations (Preferably in MCX)
Preferred Qualification
Prior experience in Commodity Broking Firm (MCX) preferred
NISM Series XVI Commodity Derivatives Certification.
