Our R&D team works at the intersection of material science, consumer behavior, and regulatory compliance to launch disruptive, market-leading oral hygiene products that perform, feel, and responsibly source.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and optimize toothpaste formulations using functional ingredients for whitening, sensitivity relief, enamel repair, or gum health.
• Conduct stability, viscosity, pH, and sensory evaluations to ensure performance, shelf life, and consumer acceptability.
• Collaborate with packaging, marketing, and regulatory teams to align formulation specs with brand positioning and local compliance.
• Lead ingredient sourcing and supplier vetting for raw materials, prioritizing performance, cost, and sustainability.
• Document formulation trials, scale-up parameters, and batch records to ensure reproducibility and regulatory audit readiness.
• Stay ahead of global oral care trends, competitor benchmarks, and emerging raw material technologies to drive innovation.
