Job Description

  • International Tool and Spare Parts Demand Management

According to the contractually agreed tool quantities for each project and the actual hoisting progress, coordinate with the project site team to develop the tool demand plan and assist the project site team with tool asset budget applications. Based on regional wind turbine capacity under warranty, coordinate with the site to plan for different stages of spare part demand, and submit monthly/annual demand forecasts.

  • International Tool and Spare Parts Budget and Capital Planning Management

Based on tool and spare parts delivery forecasts, take the lead in the capital planning for tools and spare parts, such as import duties in service companies. At the same time, coordinate with warehousing and O&M teams to consolidate the budget related to tools and spare parts for the service company, submit for financial approval/preparation, and follow up actual implementation status.

  • International Tool and Spare Parts Purchasing Order Management

According to the project site progress, submit tool and spare parts Purchasing Orders, and promote the timely delivery of domestic tools and spare parts plans, ensuring international C-segment delivery performance.

  • International Tool Material Planning Management

Based on the tool demand plan, develop a procurement plan, place and track Purchasing Orders with overseas local suppliers as planned, and place permanent import Purchasing Orders with China and track them. Meanwhile, it is necessary to collaborate with procurement for overseas localization efforts.

  • International Tool Asset and Warehousing Coordination Management

Coordinate with the asset team to manage the inbound/outbound of overseas regional warehouse tools, physical storage, inventory checks, and disposal, ensuring consistency between inventory accounts and actual items.

  • International Warehousing Planning Coordination Management

Coordinate with the asset team to carry out warehousing planning and implementation for overseas regional warehouses.

  • International Tool Quality and Maintenance Coordination Management

Coordinate with the company's internal quality and O&M teams to promptly resolve various quality issues encountered at overseas sites, assist in completing regular maintenance and calibration of warehouse tools.

  • IT System Development and Optimization

Responsible for the improvement and optimization of overseas tool planning, warehousing, transportation business processes, and IT systems.

Job Requirement:

Education and Major:

Majors related to manufacturing supply chain, demand planning, warehousing and logistics management, international trade, etc.; bachelor's degree or above, exceptional candidates may be considered with relaxed requirements.

Work Experience Requirements:

More than 10 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain planning, spare parts demand planning, warehousing and transportation, international trade, etc.; SAP experience; candidates with spare parts management experience in the manufacturing industry are preferred.

Core Job Knowledge and Capability Requirements:

Knowledge: Familiar with supply chain system operation and management, international trade operations and ERP logic.

Capability Requirements: Outstanding English-speaking ability; good communication and coordination skills; excellent team management ability; clear thinking; overall awareness; customer service awareness
