B.E Mechanical with 4+ years of hands on experience in concept and design of machining fixture and Gauge Inspection fixtures designing using Creo CAD Tool
Good understanding of various Manufacturing processes, Resting, locating & Clamping principles.
Good in GD&T and Drafting.
Knowledge on PDM, Windchill,
Materials used for Fixture design, welding symbol & Heat treatment process.
Knowledge for Limit Fit & Tolerances, Geometric tolerances. Ability to read and interpret product drawings and prints.
Large assembly tolerance stack analysis.
Good communication and ability execute project independently.
