Tool & Equipment Maintenance

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for machine up time & down time reports,

• Data reporting for MTBF, MTTR and OEE for all blade/other factory equipment.

• Perform statistical data analysis on machine down time, analyses root cause and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain core data, asset related to Production in EAM.

• Create & maintain applicable spare for tools & equipment in system

• Establish, maintain, and improve EAM system for factories

• Costing & accounting of tools, individual assets in EAM

• Creation of new tools & work orders completion for Quality tools

• EAM - Enterprise Asset Management

Qualifications: BE (Mechanical/Electrical) with min 3 - 5 years of experience in Tool & Equipment Maintenance preferably from blade or any other manufacturing.
