Tool Designer

We have an opening for Assistant Manager- Machine Maintenance at our Chennai plant.

Responsibilities

1. New Tool design

2. Consumable cost

3. Has to handle the tool correction and improvement

4. Tool Readiness Follow-up with Tool Maker

5. Hands on experience in tool design (compression/transfer/injection).

6. Design verification

7. RFQ parts feasibility study, preparing volume

8. Parting line & part releasing concept design

9. 2D to 3D conversion

10.Nx cad & Auto cadknowledge

Qualifications: Diploma/ B.E. / B. Tech.- Mechanical

Experience: 5-8 Years in Rubber Tool Design. UG NX experience is must.
