Job Description

  • Knowledge of various types of cutting tools and raw material (RM) grades
  • Manage and maintain tooling inventory effectively
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely tool availability based on machine loading plans
  • Issue tools to the production team as per requirements
  • Maintain records of tool damage or breakage
  • Operate tool pre-setter for tool calibration and setting
  • Support tool procurement aligned with production schedules
  • Ensure adherence to 5S practices in the tool room
