we are looking for candidate having experience in Carbide Cutting tools manufacturing with hand on experience in Walter machine, ANCA machine along with inspection using Zoller, Micrometers, other profile projectors.The candidature will be responsible for the operation of grinding machines under production department.
Roles and Responsibilities
- He should be capable to produce quality tools as per drawing and quality requirements.
- He should be able to understand the drawing properly.
- He should be capable to do program of tools using machine software like toolstudio, toolgring or vg grind with hands on operating experience.
- He should be capable to produce all types of tools like solid carbide end mills, drills, step drills, reamers, form cutters etc..
- He should be able to work in shifts.
- good team player
- He should have thorough knowledge in wheel selection and type of grinding wheels used on grinding machine.
- Hands on experience on wheel dressing using any type of wheel dressing machine.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical engineering.
- 3+ years of similar industry experience in production of carbide tools using walter and ANCA machines.
- Freshers may also apply for this job who interested to work in production department.
