We are currently hiring for the role of Tool Administration.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 - 8 years in IT monitoring/observability platforms, with at least 2+ years hands-on with ScienceLogic SL1.
- Strong knowledge of:
- SL1 architecture, collectors, and PowerPacks
- SNMP, WMI, SSH, API-based data collection
- Event policies and escalation rules
- Dashboard/report creation in SL1
- Integration experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Expertise in tuning alerts and reducing noise.
- Familiarity with hybrid IT monitoring (On-prem, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Hands-on scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
- Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem).
- Knowledge of MariaDB troubleshooting and fixes.
