Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Toll Collector, based in Chitradurga. The Toll Collector will be responsible for handling cash transactions efficiently, communicating effectively with customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the toll plaza. Additional duties include providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate transaction records.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cash Handling with attention to accuracy and detail
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to assist and interact professionally with patrons
- Basic Writing skills for completing records and reports
- Ability to provide Training and guidance to new team members as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Basic knowledge of toll plaza operations is an advantage
- Dependability, punctuality, and ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
