Direct Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Coordination and Project Leadership
- Project Governance:
- Organize and lead Steering Committee meetings with:
- WMIS Managers (Domain Heads).
- BNP Paribas Switzerland teams.
- WITT stakeholders and the senior consultant in Switzerland.
- Ensure alignment between WMIS, BNPP CH IT and Tokenization solution vendor for a seamless implementation.
- Roadmap Definition and Tracking:
- Develop a detailed roadmap in collaboration with the Tech Lead and senior consultant, integrating:
- Technical, business, and regulatory constraints.
- Critical WITT milestones.
- Prioritize applications based on WITT dependencies and identified risks.
- Vendor and Contract Management
- Primary Point of Contact for the Tokenization Provider:
- Act as the main interface between the tokenization solution provider and WMIS application teams.
- Manage contractual obligations, including:
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Deliverables and timelines.
- Stakeholder Management
Collaboration with BNP Paribas Switzerland:
- Serve as the primary interface with Swiss teams providing the tokenization service.
- Validate technical specifications and security requirements with local teams abd the Tokenization solution's vendor
Alignment with the WITT Program:
- Ensure deliverables meet WITT key dates (e.g., testing, Go-Live).
- Identify and escalate dependency risks between WMIS applications and WITT.
- Work closely with the senior consultant to:
- Communicate progress and challenges to Top Management.
- Ensure strategic visibility of the project.
- Risk and Compliance Management
- Risk Identification and Mitigation:
- Map technical risks (compatibility, performance) and regulatory risks (GDPR, DORA).
- Propose mitigation plans with Data Security and Compliance teams.
- Ensure Compliance:
- Verify adherence to group standards and Swiss local requirements.
- Coordinate compliance audits and reviews.
- Reporting and Communication
- Tracking and Reporting:
- Produce synthetic dashboards for:
- Prasun SAHA (Head of Practice).
- The senior consultant (for Top Management).
- WITT Steering Committees.
- Regularly present progress, risks, and corrective actions.
- Awareness and Training:
- Organize workshops on tokenization for business and IT teams.
- Document best practices with the Tech Lead.
Contributing Responsibilities:
Key Role Specifics:
- You will be supported by:
- A dedicated Tech Lead for technical aspects.
- A senior consultant based in Switzerland, responsible for:
- Liaising with the bank's Top Management.
- Providing strategic visibility on this key WITT initiative.
- You will report to Prasun SAHA, Head of the Practice Division.
- Your primary mission is to act as a cross-functional orchestrator, coordinating:
- The 19 application teams undergoing tokenization.
- BNP Paribas Switzerland teams (providing the tokenization service).
- WITT program stakeholders.
- You and the Tech Lead will serve as the primary points of contact for the tokenization solution provider, managing:
- Contractual aspects of the vendor relationship.
- Communication and issue resolution between application owners and the vendor.
- You will define a realistic and coherent roadmap, aligned with WITT milestones and Top Management expectations.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Technical Skills:
- Mandatory Experience:
- 10+ years in complex IT project management, preferably in a banking or regulated environment (GDPR, DORA, MiFID II).
- Cross-functional coordination experience (multi-division, multi-site).
- Knowledge of data security challenges (tokenization, encryption, key management).
- Experience in vendor management and contractual negotiations.
- Desirable Assets:
- Experience in digital transformation or data migration projects.
- Familiarity with WMIS environments and target applications (e.g., WITT).
- Knowledge of Swiss data protection standards.
Soft Skills
- Leadership and Collaboration:
- Ability to mobilize cross-functional teams (IT, business, compliance) in an international context.
- Resilience and Prioritization:
- Capacity to manage complex situations with high technical and regulatory stakes.
