Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Toddler & Primary Teacher located in Chembur, Mumbai. The role involves designing and implementing Montessori-based curriculum, facilitating activities, and nurturing the development of young children. The teacher will foster independence, creativity, and critical thinking skills by engaging students through play-based learning and other Montessori practices. Responsibilities also include maintaining a safe and organized learning environment and effectively communicating with parents to support each child's growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Curriculum Development and a deep understanding of Montessori methods or other child-centered educational approaches
• Proven experience in Teaching and working with children in early childhood or elementary education
• Effective Communication skills with the ability to engage with children, parents, and team members collaboratively
• Experience or training in Elementary Education or related fields
• A Montessori teaching certification or relevant professional qualification is highly desirable
• Enthusiastic and patient demeanor with a passion for fostering holistic child development
