This role serves as commercial and contracts manager in GWP team at Nagpur Region to work for the projects in Multiple cities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
· B.E. Civil Engineering with 15-18 Years overall Experience
· Preferable additional qualification like PG Diploma or any equivalent qualification on Commercial / Contract Management/ Project Management
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Preparation of Tender documents, specifications and bill of quantities.
· Vendor development and prequalification.
· Sending RFPs to sourcing team and coordinating for approvals.
· Cash Flow and monthly projects for MIS.
· Coordinating with PMC & Contractors and achieving the targets while sorting out the issues related to work, contract and payments.
· Settlement of Claims, Variations and Extra Items.
· Prepare Procurement schedule meeting project Master Schedule and Contract Procedures
· Prepare Tender stage Budgets.
· Prequalification of vendors
· Prepare Cash flow Forecast based on Project Master Schedule, Formulate form of Contract
· Prepare monthly report in relation to contract/QS (Procurement) activities.
· Receive, estimate, negotiate and issue changes (variances), Change order management.
· Lead responsibility for reconciliation of the Project Budget
· Project specific procurement with requisite modalities such as SEZ/Non SEZ/ STPI/Non STPI with respect to budget provision.
· Preparation of recommendation notes for award of work / package with proper justification.
· Administer Contract Documents
· Pre Construction (work orders, Purchase orders, LOI's, Bank Guarantees, Corporate guarantees etc.)
· During Construction (Tracking of BG's, Insurance Policies, Contract Master, Risk Register Change order log, Basic Rate log, Imported long lead items tracking etc.)
· Contractual Correspondence with contractors & consultants.
· Attend audit and assured strict compliance of the same & Final Account
