TM1 Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop TM1 Solutions: Lead the design and development of IBM Cognos TM1/Planning Analytics solutions, including creating cubes, rules, dimensions, and MDX expressions.
• Data Integration: Develop Turbo Integrator processes to integrate data across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth and efficient data flow.
• Financial Planning & Analytics: Apply a deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to enhance TM1/Planning Analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with client business processes.
• Client Training & Support: Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients, enabling them to effectively use and manage TM1 solutions.
• Technical Leadership & Project Management: Take ownership of the technical development process, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
• Consulting: Provide expert consulting in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, helping clients implement best practices and optimize their use of TM1 and Planning Analytics tools.

Mandatory Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in DW/BI, Corporate Performance Management, and IBM Cognos TM1.
• Technical development experience in TM1, including cube design, rules, MDX expressions, and Turbo Integrator processes.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Hands-on experience with TM1 Web and Python.
• Experience in client training, project management, and consulting within financial planning and analytics.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with IBM Cognos TM1 architecture and best practices.
• Ability to design and implement scalable solutions that meet business requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration.
