  1. Position Title: TM Talent Management
  2. Position Location: One International Centre, Mumbai
  3. Qualifications Required: MBA - HR/ PGDM HR
  4. Minimum Experience: 3 yrs

Job Responsibilities:

The role will be responsible for driving all aspects of Talent Management, from identifying talent to supporting their development and tracking their careers & movements. Additionally, s/he will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing leadership development initiatives for identified Talent pool members & successors.

Key Result Areas

KRA 1: Succession Planning (Critical Roles & Retirements)

Supporting Actions:

Consolidate inputs from Sector, Business, and Group Talent/Leadership Councils

Update Succession Planner and Next Role Planner on a periodic basis

Track successor readiness for critical roles and retirement-linked positions

Drive Guru-Shishya/knowledge transfer initiative to improve tacit knowledge management

KRA 2: Potential Assessment (PA Cycle Management)

Supporting Actions:

Initiate eligibility check for PA cycle across units

Enable manager capability through training and communication

Oversee form creation, quality checks, completion tracking, and communication

Build dashboards from PA reports

Ensure 100% completion of PA for eligible population within timelines

KRA 3: Talent Councils & Talent Communication

Supporting Actions:

Schedule and coordinate for Sector, Business, and Group Talent Councils

Prepare executive-ready decks for council discussions

Capture MoMs and track action closure with stakeholders

Update council outcomes and data on Seamex

Ensure timely freezing of ratings on the system

Drive Talent Pool communication within stipulated timelines

KRA 4: Development Planning (MDP & DAC)

Supporting Actions:

Ensure 100% DAC completion for all talent employees

Track DAC check-in progress and adherence

Ensure quality MDPs are in place for all identified talent & successors

Support development interventions (KYTs, Discovery of CFI conversations, 360 assessments, ADEPT) as required

Monitor development progress and readiness needle movement

KRA 5: Talent Initiatives & Engagement Platforms (Career Canvas & Others)

Supporting Actions:

Drive development and movements / swaps of First 10 Best 10 (F0B10) cohort through structured initiatives

Support execution of COMPASS, MPE and other Group level Talent properties

Drive Career Canvas adoption through campaigns, engagement activities, and communication. Manage platform data updates and monitor usage/traction metrics

Strengthen the CFI Career Transformers cohort to enable careers & development at CFI

Support Learning Fest and other sector level capability building initiatives

Assist L&D in flagship programs (HERald, RISE, ALPs)

KRA 6: Governance, Tracking & Reporting

Supporting Actions:

Develop and maintain dashboards across all talent processes

Ensure process adherence, timelines, and data accuracy across units

Track key metrics (PA completion, DAC, succession, engagement)

Provide regular updates and reports to business leadership

Complexities of the position:

a) Designing solutions customized to unique stakeholders needs.

b) Support in buy-in of these solutions by stakeholders.

c) Influencing to enhance reach and impact of initiatives.

d) Relate to business impact through these initiatives.

e) Partnering with stakeholders to ensure effective design and implementation of initiatives.
