Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a TM-Policy Servicing specialist where you will leverage your expertise in insurance products and customer service to enhance our policy administration processes. With a focus on auto policy admin and property & casualty insurance you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This hybrid role offers rotational shifts providing flexibility and a diverse work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the policy servicing operations to ensure efficient and accurate processing of insurance policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline policy administration workflows and improve service delivery.
  • Provide expert guidance on insurance products focusing on auto policy admin and property & casualty insurance.
  • Analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Implement best practices in policy servicing to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Possess a strong understanding of insurance products particularly in auto policy admin and property & casualty insurance.

  • Have experience in policy administration and a track record of improving service delivery.
  • Show proficiency in data analytics and the ability to leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
