Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute S2S (Service-to-Sales) business strategies in collaboration with various channels to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
Lead automation initiatives across SFDC (Salesforce), AI-driven solutions, and other business platforms to enhance productivity and customer experience.
Conduct training sessions for Customer Service Executives (CSEs) and Customer Relationship Executives (CREs) on new automation tools, processes, and system enhancements.
Manage and engage with key stakeholders across functions to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives and alignment with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to analyze data, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports to track business performance, identify trends, and recommend improvement opportunities.
Monitor project progress, drive continuous process improvements, and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
