Responsible for maintenance and operation of Mechanical system and equipment.
Implementing of planned, preventive & predictive maintenance practices to optimize machines availability with constant endeavors to realize ZERO downtime.
Planning spare parts & consumables for un-interrupted working of the machines
Develop Corrective and Preventive actions of repeated equipment failure.
Adhering PM schedules
Knowledge of LOTO, work permit and ensuring 100% compliance to safety.
Maintenance and Repairs to Blowers
Basic vibration monitoring
Knowledge of Pneumatic cylinders.
Responsible for new modification through Kaizen.
Crusher Maintenance Pump & Gear box Maintenance.
Maintenance of Conveyor & Bucket Elevator.
Breakdown analysis.
Maintaining 5S in the area
