TM - IT Audit (IT Infra)

Job Description

Role Overview:

The IT Infrastructure Audit & Governance Lead is responsible for ensuring robust governance across the IT infrastructure landscape. This includes conducting audits, bridging gaps between functions while responding to Internal and External Audit, managing change control processes via the CAB, and tracking SLA adherence across all IT Infra services to ensure compliance, performance, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Infrastructure Audit

• Plan and execute periodic audits across data centers, cloud environments, network, and endpoint infrastructure.
• Assess compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR), and cybersecurity frameworks. Ensure KRI and RCA tracking month on month.
• Identify gaps and recommend remediation plans to improve infrastructure resilience and security posture.
• Maintain audit documentation and prepare reports for senior leadership and external auditors.

2. Change Advisory Board (CAB) - Business Applications

• Serve as a key member of the CAB, representing IT Infrastructure interests in all business application changes.
• Review and assess infrastructure impact of proposed changes to applications, ensuring minimal disruption and risk.
• Collaborate with application owners, DevOps, and infra teams to validate rollback plans and change readiness.
• Ensure all changes are documented, approved, and executed in line with ITIL best practices.

3. SLA Governance & Performance Tracking

• Define and monitor SLAs across IT Infra services including network, servers, storage, backup, cloud and critical OEMs like as Kyndryl, HP, Dell, Asus, Acer, Sharp and so on.
• Track vendor and internal team performance against SLA metrics escalate deviations proactively.
• Conduct monthly SLA review meetings with stakeholders and publish performance dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on SLA trends and incident root cause analysis.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications like CISA, ITIL, ISO 27001Lead Auditor preferred.
• +++ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Audit, and Governance roles.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, especially Change Managementand Service Level Management.
• Experience with audit tools, SLA monitoring platforms, and ITSM systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
