1. TM - Compliance (Insurance & Wealth)

Job Purpose:

  • Team Member of the Compliance function who will assist the Vertical Head in managing the Regulatory affairs & compliance of Insurance Intermediation and the Wealth Business
  • Will also report to The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) - ABCL for projects or assignments as may be specified by the CCO from time to time

Supporting Actions

  • Compliance with the various Regulations
  • Dissemination of information to the relevant functions and follow up for compliance
  • Periodic Regulatory Filings
  • Co-ordinating with the respective functions for the data and checking that they are in line with the requirements before submission to the Regulator
  • Specific Regulatory submission
  • Co-ordinating with the internal stakeholders and obtaining the information for submission to the Regulator
  • Routine clearances/guidance/ clarification to the businesses/functions
  • Apply knowledge of the specific Regulation and guide the various stakeholders
  • Special Projects/Assignments
  • Deliver on the specific task as may be guided by the CCO from time to time.


TM - Compliance (Support)

Job Purpose:

To support the Chief Compliance Officer in managing regulatory and compliance requirements by coordinating with internal stakeholders and regulators. The role ensures timely preparation of compliance updates and presentations for Senior Management and the Board and facilitates effective regulatory communication and submissions.

  • Regulatory Coordination and Submissions

  • Coordinating with regulators for meetings, inspections, and information requests
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders for collating data for regulatory submissions ensuring accuracy and timeliness of submissions maintaining records of correspondence with regulators.

  • . PreparingSenior Management and Board Presentations

  • Preparing compliance presentations and updates for Senior Management and the Board tracking key compliance issues, regulatory developments and action plans ensuring clarity, accuracy and completeness of reporting supporting follow-ups on decisions/actions from meetings.

  • Stakeholder Coordination and Compliance Support
  • Liaising with business, risk, audit and other internal teams on compliance matters providing guidance on regulatory requirements tracking and following up on compliance deliverables across functions supporting inspections, audits and compliance reviews.

  • . Regulatory Compliance Management

  • Monitoring regulatory updates on the RBI/ IRDAI/ SEBI websites and assessing applicability supporting implementation of RBI and other regulatory requirements maintaining compliance trackers and ensuring timely closure of action items assisting in compliance risk assessment for new/existing processes.
