To support the HR Business Partner in driving people agenda for the business by executing key HR processes including staffing, performance management, rewards, employee lifecycle management, benefits, and organization effectiveness initiatives. The role ensures efficient HR service delivery and alignment of HR practices with business objectives.
Key Result Areas
Supporting Actions
Talent Acquisition and onboarding
Support manpower planning and coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including requisition tracking, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding. Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain recruitment dashboards.
Performance Management (PMS) and R&R
Facilitate goal setting, mid-year review, and annual appraisal cycles. Coordinate with business leaders for completion of reviews, support calibration discussions, and track PMS completion metrics.
Support compensation review processes including increments, promotions, and incentive plans. Coordinate reward and recognition initiatives within the business and maintain compensation-related data.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, confirmation, transfers, role changes, and exit processes. Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and maintain HRIS data accuracy.
Support implementation and communication of employee benefits programs such as insurance, wellness initiatives, and welfare schemes. Address employee queries and coordinate with service providers.
Organization Effectiveness & Restructuring
Support HRBP in organization structure reviews, manpower optimization, role mapping, and restructuring initiatives. Maintain updated organization charts and manpower reports.
Employee Engagement
Drive engagement initiatives, support employee surveys, and track action plans to improve employee experience and organizational culture.
HR Analytics & Reporting
Prepare HR dashboards and reports on manpower, attrition, hiring status, PMS completion, and other HR metrics to support decision making.
Compliances
Manage compliances of min wages / bonus act / shop & establishment act/ PSH compliance in co-ordination with relevant stakeholders
Participate in corporate audits by providing relevant information and supporting's.
