Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a TM (Telecommunications Manager) located in Jiddah. The TM will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the broadband and telephone services. This includes overseeing network performance, handling customer complaints, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining service quality, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The TM will also play a key role in coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
