Key Responsibilities

• SLA management and timely policy issuance
• Bank reporting & MIS management
• Internal & External audit coordination and resolution
• Leakage control (Freelook & cancellations)
• Process improvement and efficiency initiatives

Eligibility Criteria

• Exposure to policy issuance, MIS, audits, or bank coordination is desirable

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of operations & SLA management
• Good analytical and MIS handling skills (Excel proficiency preferred)
• Effective communication & stakeholder management skills
• Attention to detail with high data accuracy and confidentiality
• Problemsolving mindset with focus on process improvement
• Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple priorities
