Advisor Activation is the most critical lever for driving productivity and business growth in the Agency channel. This role is pivotal in increasing the proportion of active advisors through data-driven insights, innovative engagement programs, and close collaboration with regional and zonal teams. The incumbent will work towards identifying activation opportunities, designing impactful campaigns, and building strong recognition platforms to drive sustained advisor engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Activation Analytics & Insights

Conduct deep-dive analyses of advisor activation data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

Generate and publish cluster/zone-level data cuts and dashboards for performance tracking.

Provide actionable insights to Activation Lead to be used for sales for improving activation ratios.
2. Campaign Design & Execution
.
Conceptualize and implement innovative activation campaigns in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
.
Track campaign performance and measure impact on advisor activity and business outcomes.
.
Share best practices and success stories across regions to replicate impact.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
.
Liaise with zonal and regional teams to drive alignment and execution on activation initiatives.

Partner with internal teams - Products, R&R, and Sales - for cohesive delivery of programs.
.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution of plans.
4. Recognition & Motivation Platforms
.
Design and manage recognition programs celebrating high-performing and consistently active advisors.

Develop reward mechanisms and engagement platforms to sustain motivation and drive performance.
.
Create Advisor communication plans highlighting achievers and key milestones.
5. Business Impact & Reporting
.
Drive activation-linked business KPIs and track performance against targets.
.
Prepare management dashboards, MIS reports, and presentation decks for senior leadership reviews.
