Job Description
- Prepare Pareto analysis for RCA, D3.
- Conduct process and DOL Supplier audit.
- Give training and guidance to supplier for statistical process study.
- On time escalation / status updating Execute monthly supplier audit as per plan Validate daily
- problematic qty of supplier at In-house assembly/ manufacturing Support SCM to drive Supplier improvement activities.
- Support STD ROOM person to accomplish MSA schedule for supplier all existing gauges.
Candidate Profile
- BE with Experience 03 -05 yrs. / DME with 04-06 Yrs.
- Quality Assurance and dealing with supplier and customer quality.
- Commodity sheet metal stamping , HPDC , Assembly process, Plastic molding & Various surface finishing process.
- QMS certification will be advantage.
